You can find us at Upasana Tower, which is on the first floor. The building is located on Sansar Chandra Road, specifically on the corner of Subhash Marg. We are the Lic Housing Finance Ltd office for this area. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always something going on right outside our windows. Inside, it’s a standard office setup with a lot of desks and a small waiting area for people who come in to talk about home loans. We get a mix of people, some looking for their first flat and others who are more experienced. We spend a lot of time checking documents and verifying information for the loan applications. It’s a lot of paper work, and sometimes the stapler is the most used tool in the room. The first-floor location is handy because people don't have to wait for the lift if they are in a hurry. We try to keep a calm environment, even when we have a lot of files piled up. There’s no fancy lobby or free snacks here, just a place to get your housing finance sorted out. We know the SC Road area well, and we’ve been working out of this tower for quite some time now. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have a rhythm to how we handle the daily rush of applicants and phone calls.
