Lucky Associates (Lic Housing Finance Ltd)

Our office is located at 1/482-519 in the Chitrakoot Scheme. If you know Vaishali Nagar, you probably know we’re quite close to the Akshardham temple. It’s a nice landmark to have nearby. At Lucky Associates, we spend most of our time dealing with LIC Housing Finance stuff. It’s a lot of talk about home loans and mortgages, which can be pretty dry, but it’s what we do. The office is tucked into the 5-6 block area. We aren't a huge operation, just a handful of us sitting here going through documents and talking to people who want to buy a house or renovate. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we just take it one file at a time. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the main roads, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on numbers. People usually find us because someone they know told them where we are. We don't have big glowing signs or anything like that. Just a regular workplace where we keep our heads down and work. Being in Chitrakoot Scheme means we get to see the local families and the new buildings going up around Vaishali Nagar. It’s interesting to see how the area grows while we help with the financial side of it. We keep things pretty simple here. There’s a desk, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. It’s just a normal day-to-day business helping people with their housing finance needs.
