You can find us at 102/23 on Kumbha Marg. We’re tucked away in Pratap Nagar, Sanganer. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been working out of this space for a bit. We mostly deal with computer stuff and different tech problems that people bring in from the street. It gets pretty crowded with monitors and tangled cables everywhere you look. Sometimes it feels like we’re tripping over power cords. We spend most of our time sitting at the benches trying to figure out why something isn't booting up or fixing a broken screen. It’s quiet work mostly, just the sound of the fans and the clicking of keys. We don't have a big storefront with bright lights or a fancy lobby. It’s more of a workspace where we get things sorted out. Coffee helps us get through the long afternoons when a software issue is being particularly difficult. We see all kinds of devices, some very old and some brand new. Sanganer is a good place to be located, even if the traffic on Kumbha Marg gets a bit much during the rush hour. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily pile of repairs. It isn’t always glamorous, and sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to arrive from the other side of the city. We just tell people how it is. It’s just us here, doing what we can with the technology that comes through our door.
