Pinkcity Food Products

Our place, Pinkcity Food Products, is right on Sahkar Marg, at Road No 1, E-7,8 A. It’s a busy spot and you can usually smell whatever we are working on that day from a little ways down the street. We handle a lot of different food items and the pace inside is always a bit fast. There are bags of ingredients stacked up and the sound of packing machines going all day long. We have a small team of people who are mostly local. Everyone knows their job, whether it’s sorting through the raw materials or sealing the final packets. It gets a bit chaotic during the festive seasons when everyone wants things at the same time, but we manage to get through it. The building itself is older and has been through many rainy seasons, but it serves us well. We aren’t trying to be some giant factory; we just want to make products that people enjoy eating. Most of our time is spent checking the quality and making sure nothing gets wasted. We drink a lot of tea in the afternoons when there’s a small break in the work. It’s a lot of physical labor and being on our feet, but we’ve been doing it this way for years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food we’re making. We have stayed here because the location is convenient for our suppliers and the trucks can get in and out easily.
