Phoenix Technologies

We are over at B-2/523 in Sector-2, which is right near Pratap Stadium in Chitrakoot. If there is a game or an event going on at the stadium, the whole area gets really crowded and finding a place to park becomes a bit of a nightmare. Our office is tucked away, and it is usually filled with the sound of cooling fans and the occasional beep from a motherboard we are testing. We have been at Phoenix Technologies for a while now, mostly fixing laptops and setting up networks for people in the surrounding blocks. The shelves are mostly full of old components, spare cables, and monitors that we use for parts. It is a bit of an organized mess, if I am being honest. We don't really have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. Usually, if you walk in, you will just find one of us hunched over a desk with a screwdriver in hand. We try to keep things simple and just get the repairs done so people can get back to their work. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought it would because a part is stuck in shipping, but we just tell it like it is. People in Chitrakoot seem to appreciate that we don't try to talk over their heads with a bunch of technical jargon. We just like technology and enjoy figuring out why things aren't working right. It is a good way to spend the day.
