Phenoble Software Private Limited

Phenoble Software is based at 42 C in Tejaji Nagar, which is in the Gopalpura area of Jaipur. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it’s not as frantic as the main city center. We work out of this space every day, mostly just sitting at our desks and dealing with software issues. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of old magazines in the corner and maybe a few empty boxes from the last time we ordered new monitors. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule. We get in, start our computers, and see what needs to be done. Gopalpura is a good area because there are lots of small shops around if we need to pick something up. Sometimes we take our laptops to the balcony if the weather is nice, but usually, we’re inside where it’s cooler. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us writing code and making sure the software works like it should. We’ve got a couple of whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles that only we understand. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We like the quiet of Tejaji Nagar because it lets us focus on the details. We just do our thing and go home at the end of the day. The tea guy comes by at four, which is the highlight of the afternoon.
