Palashkriti India Private Limited

Our place is located in the RIICO Industrial Area in Mansarowar. If you know Jaipur, you know this part of town is all about factories and workshops. We are at G-106 D. It’s a bit of a dusty area with a lot of trucks moving around, but it’s where all the real work happens. Palashkriti India is what we call ourselves. We do a lot of the heavy lifting here, literally and figuratively. The machines run for most of the day, and it can get pretty loud inside. We deal with various aspects of production. It’s not a glamorous showroom; it’s a working floor with tools, raw materials, and finished goods stacked up in corners. Most of the staff live nearby in Mansarowar, so we’re a local bunch. We don't have fancy office chairs or a coffee machine that does anything special. We just drink tea from the stall around the corner and get back to work. Some days we have to stay late to finish an order, and other days things are a bit slower. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve been in this industrial patch for some time now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. It’s just about getting the orders right and making sure nothing breaks down. There's a certain feel to working in a place like this. You see the same faces every day, the guys from the nearby units. We just want to make sure the production stays on track.
