Optimistic Infotech

Optimistic Infotech is located at number 25 in Marudhar Vihar, which is in the Khatipura area. We are a small group of people working on computers and providing tech support to whoever needs it nearby. Our office isn't very large and it’s usually filled with the sound of fans humming and keyboards clicking. We do various types of IT work, from setting up small office networks to helping individuals with their laptop problems. We don't have any fancy corporate branding or a reception desk. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting at our desks surrounded by monitors and cables. It’s a bit of a quiet spot in a residential neighborhood, which suits us just fine. Sometimes we help out other small businesses in the Khatipura area when their internet goes down or they need a new system set up. We aren't trying to be a giant tech company; we just like solving technical problems and keeping things running for our clients. The work can be a bit repetitive at times, but there is always something new to learn when a strange software bug shows up. We mostly get our work through people recommending us to their friends. It’s an honest way to make a living and we appreciate the people who trust us with their machines. We’ve been at this Marudhar Vihar location for a good bit of time now.
