On96 Technologies India Private Limited is located over in Gandhi Nagar, Sawar, in Bharatpur. The office is set up at the residence of Seema and Vijaysingh Jain. It’s a local setup, very much integrated into the neighborhood. We don’t have a big glass building or a fancy sign out front. Instead, we work from a space that feels more like a part of a home. This makes the workday feel a lot more personal and less like a grind. Bharatpur is a smaller city, so word travels fast, and we like being part of the local community here. Our work involves a lot of computer time, as you might expect. We have our desks and chairs arranged in a way that makes sense for us. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is good for focusing. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a small, dedicated group. We usually start our day by checking what needs to be done and then just getting into it. There’s no corporate hierarchy here. We all just chip in and do what’s necessary. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we’ve learned to work around those things. It’s a very honest, straightforward way of running a business. We just wanted a local place to do our tech work and stay close to home. It is a humble setup.
