You can find us at Building No 2/429 in Sector 2 of Jawahar Nagar. We’re located quite close to Geeta Mandir, which is where most people go if they’re looking for directions to our street. It’s a busy residential and commercial mix around here. We’ve been operating under the name Omprakash Anoop Kumar for many years now. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the trade well. Our day usually starts with opening up the shop and checking what needs to be delivered. The building is an old one, but it serves our needs well enough. We aren’t interested in flashy signs or modern glass offices. We prefer the traditional way of doing things. Conversations with customers are usually long and about more than just business. People in Jawahar Nagar are friendly like that. We handle various building materials, mostly cement, and we try to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. If the temple bells are ringing, we know it's time for the evening prayer, and that’s usually when we start winding down for the day. It’s a steady pace of life. We don't try to compete with the big city firms. We just focus on our neighborhood and the people we've known for decades. It’s more about the relationships we have with the locals than anything else. We’ve been part of this street for so long it feels like home.
