Nikki Education Society

Nikki Education Society is based at Plot No 248 in the Shri Ramnagar Vistar area of Jhotwara. We have been in this part of Jaipur for quite a few years. The area has grown a lot, but our plot is still easy enough to find once you get into the internal roads of the colony. It’s more of a community-focused place than a big corporate institute. We have a few rooms set up with basic furniture for the classes. It’s not very fancy, just a plain building where we do our work. A lot of the kids who come here are from families who have lived in Jhotwara for generations. We know most of the parents by name. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the different subjects. The atmosphere is generally pretty relaxed, though it gets a bit more serious when final exams are approaching. We spend a lot of time just talking through the lessons and making sure nobody is falling behind. There’s no high-tech equipment here, just the usual boards and chalk or markers. Sometimes we have a little tea or snacks if it’s a long day. It’s a very grounded sort of place. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help the local kids get through their school years with a bit more confidence. It’s a nice way to be part of the community in Jhotwara. Inside our plot, things stay pretty much the same.
