We are located in Sitapura, which is mostly an industrial and educational hub. Our center isn't very large, but we have enough room for the desks and computers we need for the training sessions. Most mornings, we arrive and get the classrooms opened up before the first group of students shows up. The area can get quite dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, so we spend a bit of time cleaning the tables every day. We don’t have a big reception area or anything flashy. Usually, someone is just sitting by the door to help people find their way to the right room. We offer different types of classes and the schedule changes quite a bit depending on what people are looking for. It gets pretty loud during the breaks when everyone is out in the hallway talking. We’ve got a small area where we keep some water and a place for staff to sit for a few minutes. Working in Sitapura means we see a lot of people from the nearby factories and colleges coming through. We just try to keep the equipment working and the lights on so the teaching can happen without any trouble. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't spend much on decor or fancy signs, we just focus on the books and the lessons that need to be finished by the end of the day.
