Our workplace is at 33 Mahesh Nagar Vistar in Jaipur. It is a straightforward setup in a regular house that we have turned into an office space. We have been here for some time now, and it suits our needs. There isn't any fancy decor or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get our work done, which mostly means desks and decent computers. We are a Limited Liability Partnership, but we don't really think about the legal structure much. We are just a team of people who like to work on innovations and technical ideas. Mahesh Nagar Vistar is a busy area, but our street is usually okay. We don't have a receptionist, so we all take turns answering the door or picking up the phone. It is a very informal environment. Sometimes we have music playing, and other times it is completely silent while everyone is focused. We don't bother with corporate meetings or long reports about our progress. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. If something needs fixing, we fix it. It is an honest way to work, and we appreciate the freedom of being a small local business. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to keep doing what we are doing in our own way without any extra pressure or polish.
