We’ve been here at Gopalpura Byepass for a while now, specifically at 399A in Shri Gopal Nagar. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Neerja Softwares Pvt Ltd is mostly just a group of us who handle various tech tasks and software things that come our way. People often drop by the office when they are in the neighborhood to talk about their projects. We don't have a big reception desk or anything fancy, just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. Usually, the days are full of fixing bugs and trying to get things to work right before the day ends. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because it’s easier to manage the work when you know everyone sitting in the room. Some days are loud with people discussing code, other days it’s pretty quiet. The traffic outside on the bypass can get noisy in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a month or two. We handle a lot of different requests, sometimes it’s a big system and sometimes it’s just a small fix that someone needs urgently. It’s just regular work for us. We don’t really do big meetings unless it’s actually needed to solve a problem. It’s just a practical place where we get the job done. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we know the area well. We don’t have much to say about ourselves other than we show up every morning and do what needs to be done to keep the software running.
