Nbn Minds Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Jai Jawan Colony-1st, right at B-3. If you know the Tonk Road area, you know it's always packed with cars and people. Our office is a bit more settled back from the main noise. We’ve got a small team here working on various digital bits and pieces. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a bunch of people who know their way around a computer. We’ve been in this building for some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the desks are a bit mismatched, but it’s home for us. During lunch, someone usually goes out to grab samosas for everyone. We talk about work, but also about the heat or the cricket scores. Being in Jai Jawan Colony is nice because it feels like a neighborhood, not just a cold business district. We handle things as they come. No big speeches or fancy presentations here. If a project comes in, we sit down, figure out how to do it, and get to work. Most of us have been working together long enough that we don't need many meetings. We just get on with it. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the independence of being a smaller outfit. Tonk Road is just a short walk away if we need anything from the bigger shops nearby.
