N. L. Engineering Works

You can find N. L. Engineering Works at 557 Gangori Bazar, right near Shardul Singh Ki Nal. Our shop is right in the middle of a very old and busy part of the city. There’s a lot of history in these streets, and we’ve been part of it for a long time now. Our day is mostly filled with the sounds of metal being worked on—cutting, grinding, and welding. It’s a dirty job, and we usually end the day covered in grease and dust, but that’s the nature of engineering work. The space we have is filled with tools and heavy machines that have been with us for years. It’s a bit cramped inside, so we have to be careful where we step. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people usually just find us by walking through the bazar or hearing about us from a neighbor. We take on all sorts of repair jobs and custom work for people who need something fixed or built. It’s not always pretty, but it’s solid and it works. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would, especially when a part is hard to find, but we stay until it’s finished. It’s a simple way of living and working. We know our craft, and we just keep doing it day after day in our corner of Gangori Bazar without making a big fuss about it.
