Mindheaps It Venture Llp

We are based at 175 B, Heera Nagar A, which is just off the main Ajmer Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here. Mindheaps It Venture Llp is basically a few of us working out of this space. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it suits us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of charging cables. We spend a lot of time looking at screens. Ajmer Road is always buzzing, so there is a constant sound of horns and engines in the background. It took us a while to get used to that. We do various IT projects. Some are easy and some take weeks of scratching our heads. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We try to keep the place organized but it never stays that way for long. There’s always someone looking for a stapler or a specific cable that went missing. We eat lunch together most days, usually ordering something from one of the nearby dhabas. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any big corporate goals other than keeping the lights on and doing a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s just how we operate day to day. We sometimes have to deal with power cuts, but we have a small generator that keeps things moving when we are really busy.
