Medico Ayurveda is situated in Ganpati Plaza on M I Road, at units B- 104-105. M I Road is one of the most famous roads in the city, so being in Ganpati Plaza puts us right where people usually go for their shopping. Our shop is where we keep all the different Ayurvedic medicines and herbal products. It’s not a sterile medical clinic. It’s more like a traditional store where you can see the bottles and packets on the shelves. We spend our time explaining what the different herbs are and how people have used them for a long time. We aren't doctors in white coats; we are just people who know a lot about these traditional ways. The plaza is always busy, especially in the evenings, so we get a lot of people just walking in to look around. We keep the place tidy, but it’s a working shop, so there are always boxes being unpacked. We don't do any big promotions or loud advertising. People come to us because they are looking for something natural or they’ve heard about a specific powder or oil. We just give them what they need and tell them how it’s usually taken. It’s a simple process. We enjoy being in such a central location because we get to meet so many different people every day. It’s a steady business that depends on folks trusting what we have on our shelves.
