You can find us tucked away in the Savarda Complex right in the middle of Indra Bazar. Being in a place like Indra Bazar means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside our door. Neel Kamal Herbs started out small and we have stayed that way for the most part. The complex itself is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the lights that sometimes flicker when the neighbor turns on their heavy equipment. We deal with a lot of different herbs and dried materials, so the office usually has a very strong, earthy smell that sticks to your clothes. Some days are much busier than others, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find space for all the heavy bags. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us sorting through things and making sure the orders are right. The stairs up to the unit are a bit steep, and the hallway is narrow, but we have managed here for a long time. It is a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of storage shelves. We usually eat lunch together in the back room when we get a break. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving along in the busy market.
