Our office is at 5 Kaka Ge Ki Kothi on Park Road. Mavericks Placement And Consultancy Service Private Limited has been based here for a good amount of time. The building itself, Kaka Ge Ki Kothi, is an older place with a lot of character. It doesn't look like a modern office building, which we actually prefer. Park Road is usually full of traffic and people, but our office stays relatively calm. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or a fancy dress code. We just dress for the weather and get our work done. There are no polished marketing materials or promotional banners in our office. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and our computers. We talk to each other like normal people and don't use any of that business jargon. Sometimes the building has its issues, like a leaky tap or a window that won't stay open, but we just deal with it. It is all part of being in an older spot. We don't have a big mission or a vision for the future; we just focus on the people we are helping today. Being on Park Road means we are easy to find, which is helpful. We just show up every day, do the consultancy work, and try to keep everything moving. It is a small, honest operation and we are happy with that.
