Marudhara Handmade Papers & Handicrafts

Our workshop and shop are located at G1/140 Epip within the Sitapura Industrial Area. We are situated right on Tonk Road, which makes it very easy for the big trucks and regular cars to reach us. Marudhara Handmade Papers & Handicrafts is a place where we actually do the making. It isn't just a retail store; you can usually hear the sound of the machines and the water if you come by during the day. The industrial area can be quite dusty and a bit loud, but this is where the real physical work happens. We focus on making handmade paper and various crafts that we have been doing for a lot of years. The space we have is quite large because we need the room for the heavy vats and the big drying racks for the paper. It is not a polished or fancy retail space. It looks like a working factory because that is exactly what it is. We have piles of raw materials and finished stacks of paper sitting everywhere you look. People from all along Tonk Road come by to see how we make things from scratch. It is a very labor-intensive process, and we have a small team of local workers who have been with us for a long time.
