Gauri Creation

Gauri Creation is run out of House No. 71/91 in Mansarovar. We are quite close to the K. V. No. 05 school, so that is usually how we tell people to find us. It’s a house that we’ve converted into our workspace. It gives the whole business a very local, homey feel. We aren't in a big industrial park or a mall. We like being in a residential neighborhood because it’s where we live too. We spend our days working on different projects. There’s always thread and bits of cloth on the floor. We clean up at the end of the day, but it starts all over again the next morning. It's just a small team here. We talk to each other across the room while we work. We don't use much technology besides the basic machines we need. Mansarovar is a good place to be. It’s got everything we need close by. We don't have a big sign out front, just the house number. Most people who come here are regulars or people who live nearby. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just make things and hope people like them. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the work done every week, making sure the measurements are right for every piece we finish.
