Manglam Infotech is tucked away in Munna Tiwari Lane-8, right by Pnt Chowk. If you know where Pnt House is, we are just a short walk from there, though the lane can be a bit narrow if you're driving. We handle a lot of different tech stuff, mostly helping folks with their personal computers or fixing things that suddenly stop working for no reason. It gets pretty busy in the lane during the day, with people coming and going constantly. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a few sturdy desks, some chairs, and a lot of cables running everywhere. We’ve been at this location for a while now and most of the people who live nearby know our faces. We don't use big technical words to explain what's wrong with a machine. If a screen is broken or the internet is acting up, we just try to find a way to fix it without making it sound more complicated than it is. Some days we are absolutely swamped with repairs and other days we are just sitting around waiting for parts to arrive in the mail. It's a small team here, just a few of us who actually like messing with electronics and seeing how they work. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of catchy slogans to attract people. We just like solving the practical problems that people bring through the door every morning. Pnt Chowk is a good spot for us because almost everyone in this part of town passes through here.
