Mahesh Toys & Gift

We are located at 2343 Nahargarh Road, right at the third crossing in the Chandpole Bazar area. Mahesh Toys & Gift is a small place, but we try to keep it packed with things that kids will like. Living and working in Chandpole means you get used to the constant noise of scooters and people shouting, and our shop is right in the middle of that. We have stacks of toys like cricket bats, small cars, and plastic building blocks. There are also some gift items for grown-ups, but the toys are what we have the most of. The shop can be a bit dark inside because the building is old, but we have enough lights to show the products. We don't have any employees, it’s just us family members taking turns behind the counter. Sometimes we forget to update the prices on the stickers right away, so we just tell people the cost when they ask. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but our customers don’t seem to mind. They like that they can come in and have a chat while they pick out a birthday gift. The third crossing is a busy landmark, so we get a lot of foot traffic from people walking up toward the fort or down to the main market. We’ve been here a long time and don't plan on changing much. It’s just a regular shop for regular people.
