Maharshi Spices

We've been here at Maharshi Spices for a while now, tucked away in the Sitapura Industrial Area. If you walk down Main Sevadham Road in Mandoli, you’ll probably smell what we’re doing before you even see the gate. It’s a busy part of town with trucks coming in and out all day, but we just keep to our corner. Usually, the mornings start early when the first load arrives. We spend most of our time sorting through things and making sure the machines are running okay. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just some sheds and a lot of dust from the grinding. People around here know us by the noise or just by seeing the staff sitting outside during their tea break. Sometimes the heat in Mandoli gets to be a bit much, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the metal roof. We just drink some water and keep going. Most of the folks working here live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us or they’ve been buying from us since we first set up on Sevadham Road. It’s a simple life, honestly. We pack the bags, load them onto the small tempos, and send them off. There’s always someone sweeping the floor or fixing a bag that ripped. It's just how a small spice place works in an industrial zone.
