Our college is out in Mahandipur, which is part of the Sikrai Tehsil in Dausa. The pincode is 303303. It’s a women’s college that focuses on management and technology. The setting is quite rural compared to the big cities. We have a decent-sized building with several classrooms and a small computer lab. It’s not a high-end facility, but it has what the students need to learn. Most of the women who attend come from the nearby villages and towns in Dausa. They often have to balance their studies with responsibilities at home. We try to be flexible with them because we know how it is. The staff is a small group of people who handle everything from teaching to administrative work. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves first. The office is full of paper files because we don't rely heavily on computers for our record-keeping.
