Mahadev Pharma

Mahadev Pharma is situated at 22 Godam, right opposite Godam No 1. It is a very industrial area. There is always the sound of trucks reversing and the smell of diesel in the air. Being opposite Godam No 1 makes us easy to find, even if the area is a bit of a maze. The office is really just one big room with high ceilings. Metal shelves go all the way up the walls. Most of our day involves unloading things and then loading them back up again. It’s a lot of physical work, and our backs often ache by the end of the shift. 22 Godam is a busy place, leaving no room for much else but work. We have a small table for the kettle and some cups. That’s where we take our breaks. No fancy decorations hang on the walls, just a calendar and some old notes. Sometimes the trucks block our entrance for a few minutes, but waiting it out is part of the job. People here are used to the chaos of the warehouse district. Mahadev Pharma has been at this 22 Godam spot for quite some time now. Knowing the drivers and the other workers around Godam No 1 makes the day easier. It’s a tough environment but we’ve grown to like it. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out. That’s all there is to it.
