You can find us at Flat G-2 in the Radha Vihar neighborhood. It’s at Plot Number C-59. It’s a bit different working out of a flat instead of a big office building, but it works for us. It feels a bit more like a home than a corporate space. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms. It’s quiet enough that we can get our work done without too many distractions. Being in Jaipur, it gets pretty hot, so we usually have the fans or the AC going all day. We spend most of our time dealing with data or whatever technical problems come our way. There’s a small kitchen area where we make tea or coffee. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share. It’s a small group of us, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we just talk to each other across the room. The area around Radha Vihar is mostly residential, so it’s a nice change from the really busy parts of the city. We’ve got some plants by the window to make it look a bit better. Sometimes we have to move cables around because they get tangled under the desks. It’s just the way it is when you have a lot of electronics in a small space. We enjoy the vibe here. It’s honest work and a simple place to do it without any fuss or corporate polish.
