You can find us at A 14 in Shyam Nagar, right near the Ajmer Road. It’s a pretty busy area with all the traffic coming in and out of the city. Our workshop is usually full of computers in various states of being taken apart. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time, but we know where everything is. We spend our days fixing motherboards, cleaning out dust from fans, and trying to get old machines to run like they used to. There is no corporate vibe here at all. We just wear what’s comfortable and work until the job is done. The heat in the summer can be tough, but we manage with the fans going full blast. Most of our tools are well-worn because they get used every single hour. People from around Shyam Nagar know they can just drop by when their laptop stops turning on. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people; we just tell them what’s wrong with their gear and how long it’ll take. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have a backlog, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually organize the spare parts bin.
