We’ve been here at D-23 on Ganesh Marg for quite a while now. Bapu Nagar is a busy spot, and our office is just one of many tucked away on this street. Most mornings start with the sound of shutters opening nearby and the smell of tea from the corner stall. Lakshmi Tradesoft Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive place, just a handful of us sitting at desks making sure things move along. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound when it’s on high, but it works. We deal with various trade bits and software tasks throughout the day. People drop by, sometimes they stay for a chat, and other times it’s just quick paperwork. It gets quite warm in the afternoons here in Jaipur, so we usually keep the blinds pulled down halfway. There’s always a stack of files that needs sorting, and someone usually forgets their lunch in the small fridge. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we manage just fine. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or lounge areas, just a sturdy table and chairs that have seen better days. It's just a regular workplace where we try to keep our heads down and get the day's work finished before the evening traffic starts building up outside on Ganesh Marg. It’s quiet enough if you ignore the scooters zipping past the front door every few minutes.
