Kumars Hair Salon Spa & Beauty Academy

We are located on the ground floor of the Guru Kripa Building in C Scheme. This is a busy part of town, especially with Mahaveer School so close by. You can hear the school bell and the kids playing sometimes during the day. The shop is a bit bigger than most because we also have the academy part where people come to learn how to do hair and beauty stuff. It’s not just about cutting hair; we show them how to handle the tools and talk to people properly. The Mahaveer Marg street is always full of cars, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache for everyone. Inside, we have separate sections for different things. It stays quite cool inside the building even when it’s really hot out. We’ve been here for a while now, and a lot of students pass through our doors. They start off nervous with the scissors, but they get the hang of it after a few weeks of watching us work. The mirrors are large, and we keep the lights bright so everyone can see what they are doing. It’s a lot of standing all day, which makes your feet hurt by evening, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. People from all over Jaipur come to this area for work or shopping, so we see all kinds of faces every day. We just keep things moving.
