Komal Engineering

We are over here at I-22 Ajmer Road on Yogi Marg. It has been a long time since we first opened up Komal Engineering in this part of Majdoor Nagar. Mostly we spend our days doing basic repairs and making some custom metal parts when people ask. The shop is not very big, but we have managed to fit the lathes and all the hand tools we need over the years. Yogi Marg usually gets really busy in the afternoons with all the traffic, so it can be a bit noisy while we work. My father actually started this workshop many years ago, and now I am the one looking after things day to day. We just take the jobs as they come in. Sometimes we have a lot of work piled up and other times it is quite quiet around here. People come from different corners of Majdoor Nagar because they have known us for a long time. We do not have a fancy office or any place for people to sit comfortably. It is just the workshop floor with some grease and metal shavings everywhere. That is just how it is for us. We deal with iron and steel mostly. If someone brings in a broken machine part, we see if we can weld it back together or if we need to turn a new one on the machine. It takes a bit of time to get everything exactly right. We do not like to rush if a job is particularly tricky. The machines we use are quite old now, but they still run well enough.
