Joyousness System India Private Limited is located at 58 Shyam Vihar in the Heerapura area of Jaipur. It is a pretty straightforward place. We aren't located in one of those tall glass buildings downtown. We are in a regular neighborhood where you can hear the birds and the occasional street vendor passing by. We work on various systems and technical projects. The name sounds a bit cheerful, and we do try to keep a good mood in the office, but mostly we are just focused on the tasks we have for the day. We have a few rooms set up with our computers and some spare parts. It is a practical environment. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy art on the walls. Most of the space is taken up by monitors and cables. We started this company because we had the skills and wanted to work for ourselves. Being in Heerapura is nice because it is away from the worst of the city traffic, so the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We spend our mornings planning what needs to be fixed or built and then we just get to it. There isn't a lot of middle management or layers of bosses here. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. It’s a small, honest operation where we put in our hours and go home to our families at the end of the day.
