Parth Glass Company

Down in the Jhotwara Industrial Area, you’ll find Parth Glass Company. It’s right in the middle of all the other factories and workshops. The address is basically Jhotwara Industrial Area, Jhotwara, so it’s easy to remember but hard to navigate if you're new here. The dust from the road is always coming in, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the glass before it goes out. It’s a noisy place with all the machinery nearby. We handle more industrial stuff than the retail shops. Thick glass, tempered stuff, that kind of thing. It’s heavy work. We use cranes for the big pieces. My hands are always rough from the work, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been operating out of this unit for several years now. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend our breaks. Most of our days are spent checking orders and making sure the cuts are straight. We don't have a fancy office, just a desk in the corner with a lot of old ledgers and some pens that barely work. It’s an honest living. We know most of the other business owners on this block. We help each other out when someone’s truck breaks down or they need an extra hand. It’s just a normal day at the industrial area for us. Nothing fancy happens here, we just work and try to get home on time. It is a long day every day.
