Jeans Point

Jeans Point is located at B-56 in Ganapati Plaza. If you know the plaza, you know it can get pretty hectic on the weekends with all the shoppers. Our shop is just one of many, but we focus mainly on denim. We have stacks of jeans reaching up toward the ceiling, and sometimes it is a struggle to find the exact size someone is looking for in the middle of a pile. The fitting rooms are small and the curtains are a bit worn out, but they serve their purpose. We don't have a huge staff, usually just one or two of us working the floor and handling the cash box. We spend a lot of time re-folding jeans that people have tried on and left in a heap. Ganapati Plaza is a central spot, so we see all kinds of people coming through. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays; we just put the stock out where people can see it. Sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit, but we’ve gotten used to it. It is a straightforward business. We sell what we have and try to keep things moving. We’ve been in this unit for a while now and have a routine that works for us, even if things get a little chaotic during the holiday seasons. We just try to help folks find a pair that fits okay.
