Jallans Snacks & Spices

Our place is at Plot No.9/2 in the Jodhwada Industrial Area. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but we are quite close to the Shri Parshuram Gems School. That’s usually the landmark we give people. We spend our days making different kinds of snacks and grinding up spices. The whole building usually smells like cumin or chili powder, which can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. It is a noisy environment because the machines are running most of the time. We aren’t a big factory with hundreds of people. It is just a small operation where we do everything from mixing to packing. Sometimes we have to work late to finish an order, and the place gets really crowded with bags and boxes. We don't have a polished showroom. It’s just a workspace where we get our hands dirty. The floors are often covered in a bit of flour or spice dust, even though we clean up every evening. We source our ingredients from local markets and try to keep things as simple as possible. We don’t use any fancy talk or big marketing strategies. We just make the snacks and hope that the local shops keep buying them. It’s been a long journey for us since we started, and we’re just happy to still be at it in this industrial zone.
