We are set up over here on Kalwar Road, right in the Gokulpura area. It is a pretty busy spot because the Kanakpura Railway Station is just a short walk away. The noise of the trains passing by is constant while we are busy working. Being based out of Krishna Apartment might seem like a bit of a different place for a business like ours, but it actually works out fine for what we need. Most of the time, we are occupied with handling orders and talking to the people who drop in to see us. Traffic outside can get really loud during the rush hours, so we usually try to get all the heavy work done early before the road gets blocked. Our small team doesn't wear suits or try to look professional in a corporate way. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the phone rings constantly, and other times it stays quiet enough to get some maintenance done. We deal with all sorts of people, from big contractors to regular folks just looking for something small for their homes. Polished marketing isn't something we do. We just focus on getting things moved out the door on time. If there is a delay, we just tell people. There is no point in making up excuses when things go wrong. It is a plain and simple operation, and we like it that way. Most of the local tea stall guys know us well enough by now.
