Kamakhya It Solutions Services

We are based over in Lajpat Nagar at Plot No. 63 in Jagatpura. The sign outside says Kamakhya It Solutions Services, but it’s mostly just a few of us in a small office with a lot of cables and screens. It isn't one of those shiny tech offices you see in the movies. It’s a bit messy with half-taken-apart computers and boxes of spare parts everywhere. We spend most of our time trying to figure out why someone’s printer isn't working or why a network keeps dropping out. It’s a lot of sitting and staring at code or hardware. Some days we are out on the road visiting clients who are having trouble with their setups. Jagatpura is a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on a difficult repair. We don't have a big reception desk or a secretary. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We started this because we liked messing around with electronics and it just turned into a job. Sometimes we stay late because a project is being stubborn. We drink a lot of tea and just keep at it until the work is done. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy and the neighbors know they can drop by if their laptop starts acting up. We just take things as they come and try to keep up with the new stuff. It’s a living and we enjoy solving the technical puzzles.
