Compucom Software Ltd.

This branch of Compucom Software Ltd. is based at IT 14-15 in the EPIP section of Sitapura, Jaipur. It’s right in the middle of the Rajasthan tech hub. We share the building with a few other outfits, but we’ve got our own corner carved out. The office is a bit lived-in. We have stacks of old keyboards in the storage room and a fridge that's mostly filled with water bottles. It’s a practical place for people who like to code. We don't spend money on fancy art or expensive carpets. Instead, we have comfortable chairs because we’re in them all day. The team here is pretty tight-knit. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. Working in Sitapura means dealing with the heat, but we have good cooling. We handle various software tasks, mostly the gritty backend stuff that people don't often see. It’s honest work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just take the requirements and do our best to turn them into something useful. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when something goes wrong in a funny way, but we always get it fixed. It’s just how we operate. No corporate slogans, just a group of folks in Jaipur trying to make good software. We've been at it for a while and plan to stay.
