Isoft Studio Pvt. Ltd. is located in a building called Abhilasha, which is D-28 on Shanti Path in Tilak Nagar. It’s a nice part of Jaipur, and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. Our office isn't one of those glass skyscrapers; it feels more like a house that was turned into a workspace. We have different rooms for different parts of the work, but the doors are almost always open. People are usually walking back and forth between the desks, sharing ideas or just checking in. We handle a lot of different software projects, and since we are a smaller team, everyone ends up doing a little bit of everything. It can get a bit chaotic when we have several things going on at once, but we usually find our way through it. We aren't big on titles or hierarchies here. If something needs to be done, whoever is free just grabs it. We have a small area outside where we can get some fresh air during breaks, which is nice when the weather is good. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a short commute, and that keeps everyone in a pretty good mood most of the time.
