Index Pharma

Index Pharma is located in the Dream Queen building, units 61 and 62. We’re on V.P Road in Santacruz-W. The building has a bit of an interesting name, but it’s just a regular place where we do our work. We deal with pharmaceuticals, which means there’s always a lot of regulations and paperwork to keep track of. Our office is filled with shelves of samples and records. It can feel a bit cramped when we get a new delivery. We aren't some massive laboratory; we’re more of a small office team. V.P Road is always busy, especially in the evenings, so getting in and out can take some time. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the street noise. It’s not a high-tech setup with robots or anything. It’s just us using our computers and phones to manage everything. We’ve been in Santacruz for quite some time now. We know the local pharmacies and the people around here. We don't have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the right medicine gets to the right place. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but we just take it one page at a time. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
