Hirex It Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door, though it’s just a small sign. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rows of desks and some chairs that have definitely seen some use. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic downstairs, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We aren't the kind of company that has a break room with a pool table or free snacks. Usually, we just grab a samosa from the stall downstairs when we get hungry. The elevator in Diamond Tower works most of the time, but we take the stairs sometimes just to move around. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting and typing. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every morning. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be discussed. It's a very straightforward way of working. Jaipur is a fast-growing city, and being on Ajmer Road puts us right in the middle of all that movement. We just keep our heads down and get the work done in our little 404th-floor space.
