Hathway

Our Hathway office is tucked away in Plot No. 24 over in Subhs Colony. If you’re familiar with the Bhakrota area in Jaipur, you probably know the lane. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We spend our days handling all the technical stuff that comes with keeping things running. There are wires and equipment all over the place inside, which might look messy to some, but we know where everything is. The team here is small. We take calls, fix connections, and try to get to people's houses as fast as the traffic allows. Rajasthan heat can be tough in the summer, especially when we are out on the field, but the office stays relatively cool. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything. It's more of a workspace where we get things sorted. People stop by when they have questions about their service or need to pay a bill in person. We’ve been at this location for a while. Usually, there is a scooter or two parked out front. We just do the work and try to keep the signal steady for everyone in the colony. It’s a basic operation, really. Just some local guys working with cables and routers to make sure the internet stays on. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them, that’s just how it goes here. We enjoy being part of the neighborhood.
