Harshil Online Service

Harshil Online Service is a small shop located at Shop N-3 in Mangalam Vihar. We chose this spot because it's right Opt- Esic Office, which means we see a lot of people who are trying to get their government paperwork sorted out. The shop isn't very big, so if there are more than three people inside, it feels a bit tight. We have some old computers and a printer that makes a lot of noise when it's running. Mostly, we help people who struggle with the internet. We do things like filling out forms or checking statuses online. It can be a slow process when the government websites are down, so we end up chatting with the customers a lot. There is a small tea stall nearby that we visit often. Mangalam Vihar is a decent enough place, though it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. Just a simple board out front so people know where to find us. We keep some basic supplies like pens and paper for anyone who forgot theirs for the Esic Office. It’s a quiet life, mostly just clicking and typing all day. We don’t have a boss in a suit telling us what to do. We just open up in the morning and see who needs help. It’s a practical way to spend the day.
