Working over here at Gtre in Cv Raman Nagar is definitely a different kind of daily routine. It’s not like the shops in the city center; things are a bit more focused on the technical side of things. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or checking parts that come through. The area itself is okay, usually quiet enough to get stuff done without too much distraction. Most of us arrive early because the traffic can be a nightmare if you wait even ten minutes too long. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and equipment and too many cables running along the floor. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re deep into a project, that usually goes out the window. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes at the desk if things are tight. We talk about the work mostly, or maybe what happened on the way in. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right, so it can be a bit draining by the end of the day. There’s a certain rhythm to how the week goes, starting slow on Monday and then rushing to finish things by Friday afternoon. We aren’t big on formalities here. If something needs fixing, we just get to it. The coffee machine breaks down more than it should, which is probably the biggest complaint anyone has. It's just a regular place where people work hard.
