Grace Training Academy

Grace Training Academy is located in Shop No.3 on the first floor in Sector 5. We are right on VT Road in Mansarovar, which is a very busy stretch of road. You can always hear the horns and the sound of buses passing by. To get to us, you have to go up the stairs of the complex. It’s near Mandyam Marg, so that’s the landmark we usually give people. The shop is one of several in a row, and it’s not particularly large. We’ve made the most of the space though, with chairs lined up and a desk for the person on duty. The floor is plain tile and we try to sweep it every morning before the first person arrives. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time on the computer or organizing the day's schedule. There is a small window that looks out back, but mostly we focus on what’s happening inside. Sometimes the water cooler makes a loud gulping sound, which is one of those small things you just get used to. We don't have any big decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a couple of notices pinned up. It’s a very functional space. Most people who come here are from around the neighborhood. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down and the street lights on VT Road come on. It is just a regular work day for us.
