We are set up at 72-B in Shivpuri, which is over in the Jhotwara side of Jaipur. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, not too loud but definitely has its own rhythm. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we do our work. Inside, it’s a mix of computer setups and some shelves where we keep all our paperwork. We don’t really go for the whole modern office look with glass walls or fancy carpets. It’s more about having a desk and a chair that actually works. The commute here can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic near the main roads, but once you get into the lanes of Shivpuri, it calms down a bit. We usually have some snacks around the office because the days can get pretty long. We don't have a big HR department or fancy coffee machines. Usually, one of us just goes out to get tea from the corner shop when we need a break. The walls are a plain color, and we have a couple of fans running most of the time to keep the air moving. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a front desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us busy at our screens. It's just a quiet way to run things.
