Our office is tucked away in the Ratna Sagar Complex, which is right there on MSB Ka Rasta in the Johri Bazar area. Being on the third floor in room 315 means we are a bit removed from the heavy crowds downstairs, but you can still hear the scooters and the shouting from the market all day long. It is a busy part of town and finding parking for a bike is always a struggle in the morning. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It’s just a simple door in a hallway. Inside, it’s mostly desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time here just working through the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the weather gets too hot, but that is just part of living in this city. There is a tea guy nearby who knows exactly how we like our chai, and that's usually how we start the afternoon. The building itself is older, and you have to navigate some narrow stairs to find us if you aren't using the lift. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep things moving. We deal with whatever comes up, usually sitting around one big table. It's not a fancy place, but it serves us well enough for our daily routine. We just keep going.
