You can find us at 348 Joshi Marg, right off Kalwar Road in Jhotwara. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of street, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace for Gayatri Infotech. It’s got that homey feel, which is nice when you’re staring at code all day. We have computers set up in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms. There’s a small garden out front that’s mostly just overgrown grass now because no one has time to water it. The traffic on Kalwar Road can get pretty bad during rush hour, so we usually hear the honking from the back rooms. We spend most of our time troubleshooting things or setting up systems for people. It’s not a high-tech looking place from the outside, just a regular gate and a door. Inside, there are cables running everywhere along the floor. We try to keep them taped down so no one trips. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but mostly we try to head home before the sun goes down. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra fluff.
