You can find us at Plot Number 147 in Lakshminagar. It’s a residential area, so it feels a bit more like a home than a sterile business. We’ve turned this spot into a working pharma hub over the years. The neighbors are used to the delivery vans coming and going by now. We try to keep the noise down in the early mornings. Inside, it’s mostly just rows and rows of metal shelving. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in the middle of checking a shipment or typing up an order. We do all our own packing. It’s a bit of a messy process with all the bubble wrap and tape, but we get it done. The office part is just a small table with a computer and a stack of ledgers. We prefer it that way. No need for anything complicated. We’ve been through a lot of changes in the industry, but we just keep doing what we do. We don't have a big slogan. We just make sure the medicines are stored at the right temperature and everything is legitimate. It’s a small, honest living. Sometimes we run out of storage space and have to get creative with how we stack things. It’s just a normal day for us here.
